I can’t afford a full tiered group benefits plan for my employees. Is there anything out there for me?

We offer plans of all shapes and sizes. If you want to start your plan with less drug coverage or lower dental limits during the foundational years of your company, we can customize that for you to allow all parties to afford the coverage.

I have a group benefits plan right now. Do I have to stay there for the full year?

Most group plans are offered on a unilateral contract meaning that as long as you are paying the premium, you cannot be cancelled. On the other hand, if you wish to cancel at any time, you may do so with 30 days notice.

I have a number of contracted employees. Can I put them on the group employee benefits program?

We work with many carriers offering full coverage to contracted employees depending on a few criteria. Give us a call and we’ll let you know how to offer those employees coverage.

Several employees in my company have coverage through their spouses. Can I offer those benefits to my other employees that don’t have coverage?

Many carriers require that a certain number of employees have to be covered under the health portion of the plan. However, we do work with a number of programs that have no requirements, meaning that if all employees but one are covered through their spouses, a benefits plan can still be put in place.

I have a number of part time employees. Should I bring them onto the plan?

Typically, most employee benefits plans have a required minimum of 20 to 24 hours worked per week before an employee is able to come onto a plan. This rule is actually to the companies benefit as it will reduce turnover and help to keep your rates stable throughout the years.
